Pricing & Quotes
Are quotes really free?
Yes. We do a free in-home (or on-site) assessment and give you a written, itemized quote. No pressure, no obligation, and the price on paper is the price you pay.
How much does a new furnace or A/C cost?
It depends on your home's size, ductwork and the equipment you choose, which is why we quote after a site visit instead of guessing over the phone. Ask about current offers, financing from $100 a month on approved credit, and rebate eligibility when you book.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — full system upgrades can be financed from around $100 a month on approved credit. We'll lay out the terms clearly in writing with your quote.
Are there rebates for upgrading?
Often, yes. Ontario's Home Renovation Savings program currently lists up to $7,500 back on eligible cold-climate air-source heat pumps and up to $12,000 on ground-source systems. Programs change, so we confirm what you qualify for during your quote.
Installations
How long does an installation take?
Most furnace, A/C and water-heater replacements are completed in a single day. Bigger jobs — like adding ductwork or converting to a heat pump — get a clear schedule on your written quote.
Which brands do you install?
We're a Lennox dealer and install Rinnai tankless water heaters, with other major brands available on request. We recommend equipment based on your home, not on what's sitting in a warehouse.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Where the Ontario Building Code or the City of Richmond Hill requires a permit — for example on certain system alterations — we handle the process as part of the job.
What happens to my old equipment?
We disconnect it, haul it away and dispose of it properly. You won't be left with a dead furnace in the garage.
Repairs & Maintenance
Do you offer emergency service?
No-heat and no-cooling calls get same-day priority, seven days a week. Call first — we can often start troubleshooting over the phone before we arrive.
How often should my system be serviced?
Once a year per system: furnace in the fall, A/C in the spring. Annual maintenance keeps efficiency up, catches small problems early, and keeps most manufacturer warranties valid.
Should I repair or replace?
A useful rule: if the system is 15+ years old and the repair costs more than about a third of a replacement, replacing usually wins. We'll always show you both numbers and let you decide.
Company
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — we're a licensed, insured HVAC contractor, and in Ontario fuel-burning equipment like furnaces, boilers and water heaters may only legally be installed and serviced by TSSA-registered contractors. Ask us anything about credentials; we're happy to show them.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Richmond Hill and serve Newmarket, Vaughan, Markham and communities across York Region, with work throughout the GTA. If you're nearby, call — odds are we cover you.
Who will actually show up at my house?
Our own experienced technicians — the same team behind every 5-star review. We show up on time, explain what we're doing in plain language, and clean up before we leave.
